Credit Cards

We accept the most common credit cards, including prepaid and rechargeable: Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express, JCB and Union Pay.

When paying by credit card, no supplement will be charged.

For all credit cards, it is necessary to enter the CVV2 code otherwise the order is cancelled. For Visa, Mastercard and Diners credit cards, CVV2 corresponds to the last 3 digits found on the back of the card, while for Amex credit cards the code is 4 digits and is found on the front of the credit card.

Please note It may happen that, after entering the credit card data and CVV2, an additional code or some specific data is also requested. This is because some banks require a precise procedure to enable the use of credit cards online. To find out how to enable your credit card for online purchases or to find the code to enter, you must contact your bank directly.

Paypal

PayPal is an online payment system that provides for the opening of an account with PayPal.

By choosing this method, after clicking “send order”, you are redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you can enter the e-mail and password of the Paypal account, in order to pay for the order.

For each transaction performed with this method, a confirmation e-mail is sent from PayPal.

The order amount is charged to the PayPal account at the time the order is accepted.

P.M.T. Srl confirms the assignment of the order to the Courier by sending a text message and an email to the addresses indicated by the Customer in the order itself.

The order paid with PayPal, before being entrusted to the Courier, could be subjected directly with PayPal to a “verification of authenticity” (verification which verifies the actual ownership of the PayPal account).

In the event that a “verification of authenticity” is activated, the customer will be notified by P.M.T. Srl by e-mail.

This verification takes on average 2 working days.

In the event that the payment is made by registered users on foreign PayPal sites, the order will be processed on the first working day following creation.

If PayPal communicates to P.M.T. Srl any irregularity, P.M.T. will proceed with the cancellation of the order by giving contextual communication via e-mail.

In case of cancellation, the amount is refunded to the customer’s PayPal account.

To pay by bank transfer you must use ONLY ONE of the following coordinates:

Before proceeding with the payment, it is important to receive an email confirming the acceptance of the order.

Banking practice provides that the transfer made is credited to the beneficiary’s current account no earlier than 3/5 working days from its execution.

After 10 days from the date of acceptance of the order (the date on which the order confirmation is received by email) without having received the credit of the bank transfer, P.M.T. Srl will cancel the order.

Cash on Delivery

By choosing this method, payment is made to the Courier upon delivery of the purchased product: € 7.99 must be added to the amount of the product and shipping as a contribution to cash on delivery.

Payment must be made only with banknotes or coins directly to the courier. Only exact amounts are accepted, corresponding to the amount of the order: the rest will not be returned.

Bank drafts or bank drafts will not be accepted.

Cash payments will be accepted within the € 999.99 threshold.
